Barbara Bolton Litten is a shareholder of the expanding business litigation practice at Gunster, one of Florida’s full-service business law firms. Barbara is based in the West Palm Beach office.

Barbara focuses her legal practice on managing and coordinating complex litigation, and advises on claims that range from business litigation and professional liability defense, to trust and estate disputes and products liability. Before joining Gunster, Barbara focused her litigation practice on the healthcare, pharmaceutical and medical device industries, where she defended hundreds of cases in federal, state and multidistrict court proceedings.?

Before entering the legal field, Barbara served as the CEO of a $1.2 million not-for-profit organization serving five counties in Southwest Florida, where she worked with the board of directors and advisory boards, lobbied public policy issues in Tallahassee and Washington D.C., and coordinated strategic planning, program and resource development to meet the needs of the multiple communities served by the organization.
