No one ever gets over a loved one’s death, you go through it. There are ways to heal and move forward, even though it doesn’t always feel that way. Grief is a journey, and there is no set time frame for when the intensity of feelings will decrease. If your emotions are difficult to navigate individual counseling or a support group may be helpful.
