Reducing Vulnerability To Emotional Suffering
A Skills-Building Workshop for Grieving Children and Their Parents
Grief is necessary to process and to come to terms with the death of a loved one. If you avoid it, you may end up with long-lasting grief that creates emotional suffering. Emotional suffering, distress and anguish can be reduced by decreasing factors that make us vulnerable to negative emotions and moods. The skills presented in this workshop will teach you how to reduce vulnerability to painful emotions.
