The Sea Star Program's Camp Good Grief 2020
Friday, Saturday and Sunday, March 27-29, 2020
The Sea Star Program’s Camp Good Grief is just around the corner! At Camp Good Grief, kids have one thing in common–they all know what it is like to lose someone very special. Camp Good Grief is a grief-focused camp that provides a safe and fun environment to share stories and engage in music, art, outdoor activities, games and organized cooperative activities.
Camp Good Grief provides a support system to children and teens ages 8-17 who are grieving the death of a loved one. Throughout the weekend, campers will have the opportunity to:
- Identify ways to cope with change
- Improve self esteem
- Learn to recognize and validate feelings
- Identify safe ways of grief expression
- Recognize that having fun and celebrating are still a part of life
If your child would like to participate in Camp Good Grief, March 27-29, 2020, please complete the camper application and return by March 6, 2020 to:

For NEW and RETURNING campers, you and a parent/guardian must attend one of the following meetings (Must indicate on application which one):
